After suffering for months with lower back and hip pain I visited my doctor who diagnosed age related arthritis and bursitis in my hips. He prescribed pain killers and physiotherapy. Ziggi was recommended to me by a friend at the Gym and I arranged an appointment. He was very thorough in his discussion regarding my condition, how it started and my relevant medical history,as well as examining me and assessing my physical limitations and level of pain.He explained everything he proposed to do before commencing each phase of treatment and closely observed my reactions throughout to ensure that I did not experience pain undue discomfort.
